Privacy policy

This policy explains what IronVault Partners collects through ironvault.com, why, and what we do with it. IronVault Partners is a trade name of IronVault Partners LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 1621 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001. "We" and "us" mean IronVault Partners LLC.
The short version
- We only collect what you type into our forms, plus basic technical records every website keeps.
- We use it to reply to you and to do the work you ask for.
- We never sell your personal information. We don't share it for advertising.
- We don't use tracking cookies, ad pixels or analytics.
- Ask us any time to see, correct or delete what we have about you.
What we collect
What you give us. When you fill in a form, we receive what you type: usually your name, email, company, phone number, your message and any choices you make.
Technical records. Like every website, our server records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. We use these to keep the site secure and working, and we delete them on a regular schedule.
Cookies. We set one cookie that is strictly necessary: it protects our forms from abuse. It contains no personal information and ends when you close your browser. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule calls.
- To provide services you buy from us.
- To keep our sites secure and prevent spam or fraud.
- To keep business and tax records, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our website hosting and email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
- Our sister companies, all owned by IronVault Partners LLC, only when you ask us to introduce you, or when it's needed to provide a service you asked for.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
- A buyer of our business, if we ever sell it. This policy would continue to apply to your information.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Other websites' files
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, the provider receives your IP address and browser details, under its own privacy policy. Links to other websites are not covered by this policy.
Do Not Track
We don't track you across websites, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep normal business records, generally no more than three years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you're a client.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email jamil@ironvault.com. We'll confirm who you are and respond within 45 days. If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you have these rights under that law too, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use encrypted connections, keep form submissions in a private folder that can't be reached from the web, and limit who can see them. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Children
Our sites are for business owners and professionals. They are not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on this page.
